Color revolution is honestly a bunch of bs especially loved by the Russians. If the US could just revolution away leaders it does not like Xi, Putin and co would have been out of office for years. Hell the Russians have copied what they think the Americans are doing and try to make it work on the West and so far mostly failed. Besides if you count Trump.
Morocco is a close ally of the US. They certainly do not want a revolution. Madagascar is one of those quasi colonies of France and they seem to have flown out the president to Reunion. So it might be some Russian color revolution, but probably it is just people being pissed. France also still has a lot of influence in Morocco.

The CIA has supported revolutions, it has never managed to create them. They might only have worked, due to the CIA, but they always needed a strong base support from the population. That is why China, Russia, North Korea and so forth are still anti American. The general population does not want a revolution or at least is not willing to risk one.
Also yes the US is a super power, but really a lot of things happen in the world, which are not caused by the US. Including things, which help the US. The Baltics did a hell of a lot of lobbying to be allowed into NATO for example.

Color revolution is just a code word for a lot of conspiracy theories made up by dictators to discredit local resistance. As in they are just paid by the US anyway.

CIA supports color revolutions, of course, because it’s something that assigns with their goals against Russia. That doesn’t negate why the populace decided to stage those protests.
