    The methodology was a survey? I’ve seen actual empirical studies where they do things like drop a wallet and see who returns it. A survey seems flawed for this topic

    Idk much about Seattle, but for Philly to tie with Boston at the bottom surprises me. This just reeks of confirmation bias

        Philly is a really good city, and I’m sorry you had a bad time there. Maybe next time you should visit more than the drug dealers.
