And also mention what it spoils, not simply tag it as a spoiler. If I hadn’t come to the comments first, I would have assumed, based on the thumbnail, that it is a Voyager spoiler

While I do think spoiler tags for anything in an episode less than a week old is probably just good manners, I have no intention of putting in place any sort of official policy requiring them. Rules are for Cardassians, and here on Risa we have little pictograms on our foreheads, not spoons.
In my opinion, anyone seeing a spoiler tag should assume it’s for something recent. Nobody is going to use the tag for a 23 year old episode of VOY.
I don’t think spoiler tags are required here. But if you decide to tag it anyways, I think you should mention what is being spoiled along with the tag.

This is great! One could make an entire YouTube channel filled with the original clips and their inside jokes transposed from lower decks.
This is a super useful clip. Voyager is one of the shows I’ve retained least well and I couldn’t remember who this holodeck character was supposed to be
