Probably a matter of perspective. To me it seems to be a line saying more that “How or why you were born is irrelevant. You’re here now. You can’t change the past and undo your birth, all that matters is what you do from here on out.” I’d argue that is universal across humanity. There are people who are born into vastly better positions who are able to dictate their life much easier but that still remains true for all of us. No matter where you came from or how you were born or why you were born, there is nothing any of us can do about those circumstances. For better or for worse. Focusing on that is irrelevant when it will only bring frustration. To focus on things you can control or try to better. Doesn’t mean you’ll be able to but it’s at least something you have some influence over as opposed to a now historical event.

Context here would help. MewTwo here was born after horrific genetic experimentation and the moment depicted was MewTwo learning that just because his “father” was an unconscionable monster doesn’t mean that MewTwo is justified in waging war on all more privileged creatures. It isn’t their fault he was made in a lab to subjugate the world, so it’s not the circumstances of his birth that dictates that everyone else should pay.
