I’m not sure if this is allowed here but how would I get this trespasser out of the screen? It’s under the glass but in front of the screen.

More seriously, you could try taking it into Apple, especially if you have Apple Care. I had a spec of dust under my iPhone screen several years back and they swapped out my phone on the spot, as that shouldn’t happen.
Maybe send a note to the people at ifixit.com. Someone there might have an idea.
