I’ve been calling them ne’er-do-wells lately, or sometimes layabouts.
rapscallions , knaves, scamps
knaves is a new one for me, thanks.
Scallywags
Rabble-rousers
Milquetoast dandies.
Malcontents
This one is going on the list.
Jackanapes
Gadabouts
whippersnappers
Scrimshankers! I always imagine that word in Mr Burns’ voice for some reason.
Toerags, ratbags, dustbin lids
Ruffians, roustabouts
Blodgers (use Australian accent) Bloh-jah!
Point of order, OP asked for disused words, not frequently used words.
It might not be quite what you’re looking for but some of these maybe.

Nothing a teenager loves more than learning something along the way
Not so much disused but rarely used these days:
-
Nincompoop. (Fun fact: it’s a mangling of Latin “non compos mentis” = “not of sound mind”)
-
Gibbering wretch.
-
Navel starer.
-
Halfwit.
-
Dunce
Actually rare / disused:
- Flibbertygibbet. Means “airhead” which itself is a kind of weird word, but is better known. Both usually applied to girls and young women, but can also be used for males, etc.
-
Rake is a good one.
