This is why I still wear a mask. It’s so easy to slap on, and I’ve avoided COVID so far. Everyone around me seems to have long COVID side effects, from brain fog to heart issues.

Oddly enough, those dealing with really shitty long COVID symptoms keep bullying me about wearing my mask lol. Like I’m sorry I don’t want to end up in the situation you’re currently in.

No, the brain is a pretty resilient organ. People have lost half of it and still lived relatively normal lives.

Try lions mane tea. I’ve been drinking it myself for some time due to depressive symptoms that also cause brain fog and I’ve been recommending it to everyone who complained about brain fog after COVID hit and they all report back that it helps quite a lot. It doesn’t have any known adverse effects and it tastes great so there’s basically nothing to lose.

I’ll try it, assuming I remember to! Some of the possible side effects seem suspicious with conditions I have, but I guess I can go slow and watch. I keep meaning to check the markets to see if they have fresh ones again.

How much tea are you drinking / dosing ?
