Really nice article, well worth reading! It’s just astonishing that projects like hers have difficulties finding funding. It seems like a great idea to closely scrutinize these large institutional landowners. For example, here in Sweden the Swedish protestant church is also a large landowner and I imagine that they don’t seek to use their land as a carbon sink.
