There a ton of new releases on the App Store everyday. If you want to keep track and like to discover new games, I can recommend AppRaven. I’m not the dev or related to the dev but it’s really an amazing app.
Nice app, but that “unlock” button under “in-app purchases on sale” is a little scummy though.
First it promises to unlock that feature if you log in or create an account. But once you do that, it’s still not unlocked until you pay.
Say up front that it’s a paid feature. That at least would be honest. Now I just feel used.
An app with IAP and some intrusive permissions? No thank you.
What are the intrusive permissions? And IAPs are just for removing ads and other features. The core functions are free.
For some reason it needs to gather info about
- contact info
- identifiers
- user content
- usage data
Why is this needed? It should gather none of these.
If you click on the info card on the App Store page you’ll see what they needed for. Contact Info is needed for email adress. You can also look up the other stuff.
I see that, but why collect that info? The app should be functional without any of that.
