In a bit of good news for the non-Carney candidates, 59% of likely Liberal leadership voters have not yet locked in their vote.
I specifically have not locked in any vote because I need their platforms to actually be released. So far all we have is both want to scrap carbon tax and cancel cap gains increases.
I’m likely voting Carney, but I won’t commit to put a person directly into the PM seat without a platform, even if it’s just for two weeks before a general election.
Liberals - Each come up with a platform in a rushed leadership race.
Cons - won’t release any platform until the day before the general election.
My demand for solid leadership has nothing to do with conservative lack of morals or standards.
I’m pretty fed up with our conservative parties and the voters who treat this like a game instead of the most important offices of our country.
It was just a commentary on how the liberals will do it before the election and the cons barely will for it. Not on your desire to wait.
