What bullshit is this, should they also sue because this one alcohol company sells strawberry flavoured seltzers? The issue is how are kids getting a hold of these vapes. Like it or not, these disposable vape companies made an awesome and addictive product, that is legal. Unfortunately they are even appealing for children. In my younger days in school we used to buy all the candy flavoured hookah products because it was the easiest thing to get, now vapes seem to have entered the scene. The best way is unfortunately to classify them like cigarettes if they aren’t done there in the USA yet as tobacco products. Then sell them with those restrictions
