I would be taking my money out of the bank personally.

    That bank has always been shady as hell. 20 years ago they were so blatant with their deposit/withdrawal timing manipulation that they had to pay a huge settlement over overdraft fees.

      Unaware of that but I do know a few people who had bad experiences with them. Granted, I guess that goes for most banks too.
