The part I have a tough time buying into is that humanity discovers aliens and alien tech, and we can keep it under wraps for an extended period of time. The best use we can come up with is illegal activities, and human trafficking? Maybe there is more to it than that, but if any of this turns out to be true, reality is truly stranger than fiction.
