I started using “Chef’s Plate” a little more than a year ago. I love knowing that my food was not mishandled and is cooked to my liking every time. It’s convenient that I dont need much grocery shopping and the quality of my meals are waaayyyy better than takeout.

Living is too expensive, all I am allowed is trying to survive.

And the single knob/lever designs are just bad idea. I want two separate knobs for hot and cold water, that way I don’t have to get maximum pressure all the time. Sometimes being able to take a long warm shower without using a ton of water is great.

No and anything else loads fine just some video on some lemmy servers. It’s laughable to see a 140P video lag like crazy when we worked out video streaming like 20 years ago.

I just believe the server was overloaded since it worked fine later, and on my side everything was fine, the speed test showed no issues too.

I am using Voyager. It seems to work well now. I am using the same home wifi connection with nothing else. Might have been a server/route issue since everything else was working normally. I even speed tested earlier and everything was showing normal. But I seem to see it often with videos hosted on lemmy servers.

The solution is to ignore the state of things and buy stuff ? I hope you have the money to stay happy, I know I don’t !

Took 20 minutes to see 1:30min of video, The lemmy is really not adapted to video, now I am pissed and feel like I missed out even if it’s totally not important. I am starting to hate tech sooooo much !

I was one of those babies, my mom would call my dad (divorced) to drive me around the block to make me fall asleep. I did not get my license until I was 45, the first time I took a drive just for fun, I instantly felt the calmness envelope me. It’s like all my troubles were staying quiet suddenly. I have AuDHD and the motion and concentration on outside stuff has such a calming effect it’s crazy. If I could I would spend my days driving around. Unfortunately driving jobs don’t pay well.
