Bit disappointed I had a lazy day but also realising that I have years of sleep and oxygen deprivation to make up for. Trying not to beat myself up for not realising and getting treated earlier. I did buy food and get the washing done and got through a chunk of my book and a few eps of the Bear (shhh I have managed to stay spoiler free for S4) Tomorrow a beach walk if it’s not as windy, bit of work admin to get ready for the week and some cooking.

You can get special pillows but I dunno. I did wonder that because I am a sometimes tomach sleeper but mostly was getting my head around side sleeping last night

“no one cares who I was until I put on the mask” oooh yeah it’s CPAP trial time. Have a full mask to start because thats what I tried at the hospital study and it worked ok. It’s pretty cumbersome so I might use the trial period to try others 🤞🏻😴😴

My significant win this week is that my hair is looking…actually good. Simple chunky bob for the win. 💇
