I just have an eastern facing window in my bedroom. That and two 75 lb dogs that absolutelymustgoutrightnow as soon as the sun rises.

Me laughing in superiority before realizing going to bed at 2:30 and waking up at 6:30 is the same thing (i’m tired)

Those teary eyes… I feel attacked.

Honestly though, I’ve been working on it.

I try to go to bed between 9:30-10:30. I’m pretty successful at that most of the time but the problem is I am so used to getting only a few hours of sleep I wake up around 3-5am and then can’t get back to sleep until 6 or 7am, which is too late. I either have to stay up and be exhausted for the day or roll the dice on a nap before the alarm clock goes off.

People that go to bed that early are highly suspicious to me. I can’t remember the last time that happened to me. There’s so much to do in the middle of the night, most of which I actually don’t do, because watching YouTube is easier.

Usually I am just laying there for several hours in the dark before I fall asleep.

I am trying to get away from that up all night doing nothing but cheap dopamine addictions.

I just wish I would go to bed at 22-23:00 and read a book until I fall asleep. But there’s just too many distractions at home.
