    AI really takes the sport out of finding a good no context pic. When you can make up any nonsense you like on the spot it kinda loses the special status.

        Aside from the general uncanny valley effect, I’d say the most notable things that call it to question are the shadows.

        The planters have downward shadows, implying that it could be directly noon,

        The eaves/soffits up near the overhang are well left of them, which to do that under an overhang would need a pretty strong lateral light that’s not highlighting anything from the right.

        And then you have the woman with no notable shadow at all despite other things indicating both high noon and a bright light from the right, and having a source of light directly in her hands.

            I agree that it looks more like editing than AI. The finely repeated patterns in the bricks and shutters hold together, whereas in AI those details tend to get all murky and swimmy. It is pretty substandard 'shopping, though.
