Have you ever done the thing where you tattoo a smaller neck onto your normal neck so that when a stranger tries to have a strangle of you, he grabs tattoo neck instead of your normal neck and so then you can survive?

Just once, but it didn’t work because my smaller ear tattoo was blocking it.
Sometimes I do but then sometimes I don’t and it’s like, gah!, I should make it permanent like how people tattoo on their eyebrows. Safety first!
Commenting from a country where strangling has been banned for a long time, I can’t believe people in the US just deal with being in danger of stuff like this every day
