I can’t find anyone credited for that, but it sounds a lot like him. Just curious if it’s a stealth cameo.
It is. They confirmed it on the Pluribus podcast. Fun fact: Rhea didn’t know the message would be voiced by Patrick until she heard it for the first time in a take. And she didn’t break, but kept acting until the Cut. Very professional.
