I had one of these and I gave myself the highest marks possible too. My manager took me aside and told me I can’t do that and tried to get me to admit to lower marks. I told them there is no way I would ever not give myself 5 stars and he left it at that. Later I ended up asking for and getting an incredible raise, glad I kept a clean paper trail.
