I’ve found all LLM generated playlists to be really surface level in their understanding of songs, artists, music and genres.

They can only go off written descriptions and all the discourse about songs and artists. I can’t imagine they are trained on on-going lists of metadata about every song on Apple Music.

This can’t be used for deep music discovery, and that’s what I would want it for.
