Fail to see how this is a bad thing. No matter how much whiskey is shoved up a nose, don’t see how this would affect insurance premiums.
Afterall it’s all just continue to go down the same way. So maybe would enhance the effect, why isn’t this the default method? Sure not doing it is some form of abuse.
