All three had a first or second degree family member with a diagnosed psychotic disorder, were males who began cannabis use in their early-mid teens, and had ACE scores of 4+. While this is not the mean cannabis user, it’s surely cause for concern.
There’s some evidence to suggest that in people hereditarily predisposed to schizophrenia it can hasten/worsen onset of symptoms, but for the overwhelming majority of humans there’s no risk of anything more than temporary confusion & anxiety
