When most people who are actually leftists see “leftist bike gang hunts Trump supporters” coming from a racist liberal rag their first reaction is “lmao based, they must be cool” not “they are gangs doing the bidding of the ‘evil dictator’”.

Personally I’d just get mad at the racism but maybe I’m not white enough to understand this.

also using gangs to do your bidding as a leader is inherently anti-communist.

2 hours ago you were referring to them NEGATIVELY as gangs completely without irony.

The title says “Liberal newspaper”, that’s quite enough information to me to assume that the use of the word “gang” here is racist slander.

However, I acknowledge that not everyone has a lot of experience reading this kind of media critically from the perspective I’m discussing, so I’m accepting that you were mistaken and weren’t being racist. /genuine

Props for owning up to it. In the future, I find it helpful to refrain from speaking on topics you don’t really know much about until you’re willing to stand on that initial claim. Being able to admit fault is already a great step, but to go further it helps to reduce the number of times that that’s even called for.
