I had a dream a couple of nights ago in which I heard an alarm going off but my phone was malfunctioning and the alarm wouldn’t stop. Then I realized that it was my actual alarm and woke up.
I have also had some dreams in which I had to use the bathroom and I thought that I had actually woken up to do that, but I was dreaming.
I think I had a few like that. But I also had one where I had dirt in my mouth for some reason, so I was spitting it out. But in reality, I had just spit on my own face and woke myself up.
I can’t have a music alarm wake me. The last time I tried, in my dream once the music started I reached over and turned on a radio and was “boppin to the beats”. I finally woke up about an hour late for work.
It’s a pretty common dream. I’ve had mornings where I “woke up” several times before deciding to stay awake hours before my alarm went off
