Why did you choose your Fediverse Instance, does it have a bigger meaning than it was a bigger instance or was it for a certain reason? Did you have to be on your instance you chose?

I tried out Lemmy.ml for a while but then I kept getting accused of being a tankie, so I gave up. Piefed showed up in my reddit feed and feddit.online was the first one I saw.
