I know this is may be inevitable, and this is an aside to the topic, but just reading through that posts comments, I’m really hoping Lemmy doesn’t devolve into such polarizing types of conversations.
That’s one of the reasons why I find Lemmy so refreshing currently. I’m hoping it stays the way it is for a while.
Respect should be the #1 rule.
I would suggest not going into any threads where they mention that a billionaire was in that missing sub. A couple of those threads gave me reddit ptsd, and reminded me why I don’t care to go back.
