Yup, dogs are a lot like people. People who love their dogs and take good care of them will have loving and sweet dogs. People who abuse and neglect their dogs will have scared, traumatized, and aggressive dogs. Same happens with people. It’s not about their breed (or in the case of people, race) it’s about how they were raised.
