    These regs were always going to cause this kind of crash. At some point, the car behind is going to plough into the car in front at high speed and cause a major accident.

      Man, I have so much respect for Bearman there. He knew if he held his line, there would have been pretty heavy contact with the other car. And then you probably have 2 cars out of control.

      So, he purposely let his car drift wide, knowing he was going to have wheels on the grass, but hoping he could coax it back on the track and then brake.

      But he couldn’t, and grass doesn’t slow you down much.

      Really hope he’s OK. Deserves a medal, not a serious injury.

        Reminds me of Riccardo breaking his hand, he could have let go of the wheel and avoided it, but kept steering to avoid hitting Liam.
