        I guess it’s situational. Awaiting trial isn’t always much better than even getting convicted. Blocking evictions or stuff like that seems like a clear W. And corporations have their private courts with binding arbitration so it doesn’t necessarily effect them as much if the courts are bogged down.

          If you can waste government time and protect the working class from immediate harm, by all means, tying up shit like evictions in a courtroom is absolutely a productive use of time and energy. Using a legal system that usually punches down on the poor to do the opposite rocks when it works, and even buying time is, as you put it, a clear W.

      I don’t think I’d call los tacos #1 a chain. They have like 7 locations but all in NYC all same owners, and honestly quite cheap and delicious. As a Californian who goes to New York relatively often for work I definitely approve. Also the German guy is weak their hot sauce is delicious.
