I think it feels/tastes more like a pork doner-kebab in a round flatbread, no idea why it’s called hamburger, maybe for advertising purposes to western tourists in Xi’ani’ve heard jiangxiangbing being called “chinese pizza” (by chinese people). it’s circular and made of dough, so, uh, sure. there’s sauce on it.

If you just showed me the picture I’d say it looks like some kind of awful fusion where they’ve stuffed baklava with vegan substitute grubs. Maybe it’s like a sticky sweet nutty extrusion.
