      I think this stuff just reinforces coffee drinkers’ preference. If you quit coffee, stay off it. That’s also why I put the key sentence in the body: “Instead, a range of naturally occurring compounds — many also found in fruits and vegetables — appear to play a larger role.” You can get the same benefit by eating fruits and veggies.
