That depends on whether it’s above or below the tree line. I assumed it’s below because it looks like a farm. It reminds me of Scotland where a lot of the landscape looks like that where there used to be forests before it was all turned into sheep pasture.

Actively in use, since there is a table and chairs on the porch. But no driveway or path leading up to it??? Something is not right about that photo.
Edit: it’s called Cabana Podragu. It’s a guess hut for hikers. Lord know how they resupply it. Helicopter?
