      This is a horrible way to look at this because it discourages future disclosures. If anything, this disclosure indicates this company is trustworthy and learns from their mistakes with honest disclosures when things go wrong. The type of behavior we all wish every vendor had.

      I have no need for their product, but if I was using them this would make me feel better, not worse.
