Not just that but you know this help has string attached. Somehow, this “help” will be used to hurt the people while elevating the puppet government.
They’re just gonna use “aid” as a cover to try to steal oil but they’re gonna fuck even that up and make everything worse by causing an oil spill or something similar

US is literally taking their oil money, and then loan them a smaller amount of that as aid. it would be a comical money making scheme if it wasn’t fucking disgusting.
