    So his explanation was “anyone who is eligible to vote by mail could receive an electronic ballot” which is a terrible reason to veto, and then the article pointed out this was incorrect anyways…

    Guy in wheelchair makes it harder for people in wheelchairs to vote should just be a completely losing issue, geez
