I am not sure there is an actual joke.
The first guy is Jimmy Savile - Famous in the UK - Sexually abused over 100 people; kids, seniors, male, female, and everything in between.
The second guy is Russel brand - Famous (only kinda) in the UK - Accused of sexual assault very recently.
The third guy is Ricky Gervais - Famous, from the UK - not accused of any sexual assaults at this time.
It’s just a joke based on Gervais’ style of ‘jokes’

Nope. He rubs some people the wrong way and he’s made some offensive jokes that pissed off others. Par for the course of any celebrity comedian and very undeserving of being on a list with Jimmy fucking Savil.
When Ricky makes inappropriate jokes, it’s almost lovable cause he does it in a trolling way, but you can tell he’s actually not an intolerant guy, he’s just that mate we all have that loves dark comedy and when you tell him it’s not appropriate, he gets a sly smile cause he just thought up a really dark one while you were chewing him out
The other two were protected for years by fear of litigation. So whoever made this meme is implying Gervais has victims too but it’s being suppressed by lawyers.
Not yet but be honest, you wouldn’t be surprised if he had.

The implication is that if you want to find shady shit, you go looking for it with those who give off an air that they have something shady.
Usually, someone who’s done or said things that have stirred up controversy or general media attention in the past.
The ones that go unnoticed are the people journalists have to spend a paragraph explaining who this person is and why they’re a big deal.
Much easier to get a scandal published if the public already recognise them and think “yeah, I thought there was something off about that person”.

Ricky is the opposite of a scum bag. It’s one of the few personalities you know is legit decent. No signs of narcissism megalomania or general out of touchness. He’s incredibly grounded

I guess this would make more sense if I knew who the first guy was. I know about the charges against Russell Brand. No idea his connection to Ricky Gervais, if any.

After his death it was found that he had sexually assaulted or raped at least 400 people, including children, boys, women, and old people. It was also found he probably assaulted corpses in a hospital morgue.
Although far less prolific Russell Brand is also a British entertainer, again there were rumours about him assaulting or raping people for many years but again people were scared of litigation. British defamation laws are very strict.
The implication is that Ricky Gervais has more in common with the other two than just being a British entertainer.
The first is a European kiddy diddler. Forget the name. Gervase is just a bigot as far as I can tell with my limited knowledge.
