    Sucker! I’m in the office today.

    (Sorry that sounds like arse. Seeing as you have a fan: try a wet towel or t-shirt, it makes a dramatic difference. Once you overcome the initial discomfort of putting it on (lasts about 30 seconds) it feels fine & your brain will start rematerialising. Albeit if your room is sealed it will become less effective as humidity rises)

    I arrived at my office 9:15 and was the only person here. There are now 2 or 3 other people (90% or so empty). Boss is overseas for the week too.

        Wearing it. Evaporation cooling is then directly coupled to you. Same function as sweat, but more effective and not smelly.

        Technically putting it on the fan could also work (cooling the air and then later you) but it will be less efficient. More of the cooling effort will go towards cooling other air & items in your house rather than you.

        Typically after an hour or so the entire t-shirt will be dry (and in my case: foggy head returns).
