Title. As some of you know, I’m Macedonian. Like most Macedonians I’ve got (better to say once had) members of my family in the Yugoslav partisan forces during WW2. I also have members of my family that were refugees from the Greek civil war (as they were children at the time) (I am one half aegean Macedonian, being Macedonians who once lived in the greek region of Macedonia (I know, confusing, this is the one of the reasons for the whole name debacle)). Would like to know if anyone here has a communist lineage.

Sadly best I can do is settlers & at least one Nazi collaborator (the extent of which is nebulous & largely a mystery, though he would’ve been ~14 as if that changes things). I have some more distant relatives that lived in the USSR & later moved to Germany in the nineties but I don’t know much about them other than one of my uncles drove a truck in the army since he is a pacifist and that same uncle was able to attend a seminary in moscow.
