I am kind of in a good situation with my family and friends but getting hrt and having some kind of security that if i start with estrogen i will always get some is nearly impossible when the german conservative party migth make cuts in the healthcare system. But my own party (the green party) could be in charge soon and we will certanly fix these issues

I am talking about the german green party (B’90/Die Grünen). There is the chance that our current conservative government will make economy so worse and expensive (by going full into fossil fuels again) and after this government there might be the chance that we will be in the next government.
In the best case they will be part of a coalition, which means they can not decide on their own. If it is a left coalition, that might come. But it still looks unlikely. Polling numbers improved over the last year for the left block, but they mostly just switched with the social democrats.
