Yakult is just sugar in a bottle pretending to be a probiotic. I don’t recommend it.

No, if you ever had Yakult you will know one little bottle is just too less, you’ll do this too.
You can buy those by the litre or double litre in Asia, they’re pretty common. The small bottles are for suckers.
That’s a jug of overpriced yogurt.
