Mangabird on IOS, has to be sideloaded nowadays through Altstore though.
I like Kaizoku on docker
will have to test that one. What are the supported sites? One more thing is how user friendly it is.

True. But the pc version is not optimized at all.
You could always use it with an android emulator.
Why go through emulator when u have better alts. You can try mangayomi which is still new but has a lot of options and very light.
