A Ridgway man was cited this morning on suspicion of petty theft in connection with the theft of more than 200 printed copies of this week’s Ouray County Plaindealer. Guy has to be connected to the sherif in some way right? Or is he genuinely pulling a double bluff and this was his intended outcome of the theft, ie national attention?
The paper says the guy isn’t connected to the cops, the suspects, or their families. Someone in another thread speculated that it might be someone connected to the victim.
