Normal in behavior, normal in speech, normal in appearance, yes i mean all of these things when i say normal. If someone seems normal to you, you do not know if they have had weed or not. Considering the huge percentage of people that do use weed, the odds are pretty high at least some of the ones you consider to be normal have had weed in some form.
I didn’t say people act totally normal after they smoke weird. You said, and I quote ‘and it also takes no genius to see how removed frequent smokers of it get when they cant get any’. That is a generalization that is not true.
I know people who lived in states where it wasn’t legal, and would drive 2.5 hours to get it. But, I also know people who had professional jobs and managed large teams who smoke regularly and are very responsible. Your argument makes no sense.
It’s almost like everybody is different and you are extrapolating information you think applies to everyone when it doesn’t.

the percentage of people who use weed is much smaller than you imagine, but keep imagining it if it makes you happy :)

people who drink the occasional beer don’t go all postal when they cant get any immediately
Neither do weed smokers. But reality doesn’t mean anything to your arguments because they’re not based in reality to start with.
