This came out really tasty! After destroying the first batch I figured out it works much better if you take out the little air flow grill plate from the bottom and just cook it directly on the pan.

I started by scrambling two eggs with some vanilla oat milk and a healthy amount of cinnamon. I preheated the air fryer to 380F and coated with just enough ghee butter to coat the bottom of the pan. I dunked the bread and let it cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. It was still a little wetter than I liked so I flipped it one more time and gave it 3 more minutes at 400F

It came out with a crispy crust but still gooey in the middle! I had it with some maple syrup!

    Wish I had the space for an air fryer. I like fries but messing with oil is out of the question.

      Mine takes up less room than a microwave, and if you’re making freezer fries you don’t actually need to use any oil. You really only need a tiny amount of oil if you’re doing homemade fries from scratch
