Ms. Joly…also said on Monday that the Canadian government had offered to make the Royal Canadian Mounted Police available to investigate allegations of sexual assaults in the region.

I assume this offer was rejected by Israel. Because any external investigations would lead to many more questions.

Michal Cotler-Wunsh, Israel’s special envoy for combating antisemitism, castigated Ms. Joly in a response on social media, warning that Canada was creating a “false moral equivalence” that would “fuel rising antisemitism” in the country.

It’s not antisemitism if we’re calling out Israelis for sexually assaulting Palestinian men and women.

Netanyahu has spent literally decades building a public profile of perpetually being victimized while he funded Hamas and denied the Palestinian Authority’s requests for peace talks.

Read that again if you want: Netanyahu has been funding Hamas. Look up ‘suitcase of money’ if you doubt it.

I have similar feelings, but I’m not sure how to put them into words. Maybe “disappointment”? Like “Oh, not you too, Israel.”

Canada: We’re offering support to women on either side that were sexually assaulted.

Michal: Don’t do that it’ll make people hate our side.

    🤔

Hard to help israeli victims of sexual violence when they literally can’t find any.

Even in Prattens clickbait UN report she tried to meet with any israeli victim of sexual violence and there were none…

      To sexual assault victims?

This money isn’t going to the Israeli state/military or Hamas, it’s going to independent groups helping victims.

I’d rather it help people in Canada. We have enough problems that it would be more useful here than the corruption over there, where only pennies on the dollar make it to the intended.
