Good morning!

Ma share lang, just got home from a long day of work. I haven’t seen a work drama for a while, nagka open forum after ng meeting pero it’s a calm and civilized back and forth argument. Nothing juicy, I just can’t help comparing it sa sigawan sa work ko dati sa pinas.

One of our head officers got fired from the position, it was immediately replaced with a brand new personnel. People from that team didn’t take it well and they’re just salty about it because the top leadership chose a brand new and non-experienced over one of the team with more experience.

I like changes in what’s going on in our troop, top leadership trying to get rid of the bad culture that has been plaguing for a while. Don’t get me wrong, our troop performed outstandingly at a brigade level but it sacrifices the well-being of the other personnel in the troop, that includes me.

Hopefully malagpasan tong transition period, takte nakaka burnout na din.
