Not sure that I fully understand the difference between a Thread, a Post and a Microblog … but I am sure with more use I will figure it out.

A Microblog is a Mastodon toot or a Twitter tweet.
A Post is a Lemmy post or a Reddit post.
A Thread is a Post and the comments which respond to it.
