I installed Windows 98 on Virtualbox to play old games but it has problems with graphics driver.

Is these an iso or drivers made for VM that make play old games on Windows 98 running smoothly?

There is another: PCem. It can apparently emulate a Voodoo graphics accelerator and up to ‘maybe’ a Pentium 2 CPU speed.

The problem I find with it though is that you need a ridiculously overbuilt machine to run it at those speeds and it only supports ‘plain’ graphics or Voodoo Glide. No DirectX. So very limited unless you only care about Glide games and nothing more modern.

There’s a ton of videos out there of it running smoothly and playing 3D games which is reassuring

Yes I stumbled upon PCEM with voodoo. It’s great and works just fine.

      It’s has 2 issues though:

      1. Sound is stuttering sometimes.
      2. Some dos games runs slow. I don’t know if it’s the cpu or gpu. The game I tested was TFX. But I managed to run it on dosbox with no isssues.

Do you know if I find ROMs for faster CPU? The fastest I have is Pentium 2 450mhz
