        I’d read that Prigozhin said they aren’t looking to challenge Putin or government structures, that they’re going after the leaders who authorized the bombing of a Wagner camp

          It’d make sense for them to say that till they get in a position to endanger Putin. Downplay what they’re doing till it’s to late

    Update: well actually when I think about it, I’m not sure who is worse Putin or the Wagner leader.

    If Putin lost here, and the Wagner mercenaries are emboldened, the outcome might be worse. Least we know Putin is full of shit. We don’t know that about this other guy

      He’s just as much a psychopath, but he’s more in touch with the real world.

      That makes him more dangerous, but also more likely to be open to talks.

      I wonder if the Russians would stand for a coup against their dear leader, though.
